Can I ship my order to another address at checkout or must I first update my profile?
Yes, you can create a "ship-to" address at the checkout page. You do not have to add a "ship to" address to your profile first.
Does Pure Micronutrients ship to Post Office boxes?
Currently, our shipping carrier does not deliver to post office boxes.
Will I receive a notice each time before an auto-ship order is shipped?
Yes, you will receive an automatic email that notifies you that your auto-ship order is getting ready to be dispatched. Please make sure that your payment and address information is current on your auto-ship orders to avoid any delays.
